Dr. Nancy J Stark, President
Dr. Stark received her PhD in biochemistry from the University of Minnesota. She worked in biocompatibility and clinical research for both small and large medical device manufacturers, which gave her the experience and insight into the operational issues of both ends of the spectrum.
She founded Clinical Device Group in 1990 as a consulting and contracting firm for medical device manufacturers. Dr. Stark determines the technical direction of CDG, is the primary contributor to webinars and eConferences, and authors numerous articles and presentations of behalf of the firm. Frank C Suarez, Sr., Contract Review
Mr. Suarez received his degree in mechanical engineering from the Illinois Institute of Technology. He worked in the atomic power industry for twenty-five years, negotiating million-dollar contracts to build power plant cooling towers, commercial construction projects, historical preservation projects, and more.
His experience in contract negotiation and format have been put to good use at CDG. Mr. Suarez played an instrumental role in the design of our Agreement templates and reviews all substantive changes to them.
Margaret Thoma, BA, MA, Director of Operations
Ms. Thoma received her BA and MA from Loyala University in Chicago, and received her Master Gardener certificate from the University of Illinois Extension.
She manages many of the day-to-day operations of CDG. She maintains the email broadcast database performing continuous verification of address deliverability, manages and fulfills orders for books and tools, and contributes to maintenance of CDG's local area network.
